Janice, Vice President of Global MSP Services, leads Staff Management | SMX’s global Managed Service Provider (MSP) Division and Supplier Management Group. Since joining the Staff Management | SMX team in 2009, she has helped the company significantly increase client acquisitions and growth in both the MSP and Vendor on Premise (VOP) practices. In addition to helping clients achieve their savings, talent and risk mitigation goals, Janice and team are highly focused on the delivery of stellar client service including the program management and supplier management components of a world class MSP program. Janice has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northeastern Illinois University and a JD from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Janice is dedicated to seeing her triplet teenage daughters get the most out of their high school years so homework is a constant focus in her house. On a lighter note, she enjoys attending their soccer games, chorus concerts and theatre events.
